1841 CENSUS: Living at Middle Broyle Farm, Ringmer, Sussex, age 35, farmer.
NEWSPAPER: The 17 February 1844 edition of the Sussex Agricultural Express carried an advertisement reporting that Mr Charles Saxby of the Broyle , Ringmer w as removing to another part of the country from where it woul d be inconvenient to supply the London market and was therefore selling his celebrated stock of fancy tame rabbits, about 500 including some very large ones, together with all the capital hutches .
